ORCO Germany bought the real estate of the formerly Wertheim area in the centre of Berlin in december 2006. The property is located on the Leipziger Platz near to the Potsdamer Platz. On the 20.000 sqm real estate is an urban mix of shopping, entertainment, gastronomy, offices and residential apartments planned.
With the closing of the octagon and the development of the area ORCO germany invests in one of the most important and last historical gap between buildings in east and west for the new centre of Berlin.
